Wire forms are specific for their unique geometry, designed to precisely perform the function of fastening, securing, or force transmission in atypical mechanisms. We provide comprehensive supplies for the automotive, furniture, construction, and electrical industries. Our direct production capacity covers wire diameters from 0,5 mm to 3,15 mm. Thanks to a proven network of cooperation partners, we supply bent parts in an extended range from 0,25 mm up to 10,0 mm, covering almost all industrial applications that require maximum precision and reliability while maintaining complex 2D and 3D shapes.

Premium materials and certified standards

In the production of wire forms, we emphasize high dimensional stability and mechanical resistance; therefore, we work exclusively with certified materials according to European standards. In addition to classic spring steel (EN 10270-1) and stainless steel (1.4310), we can also process special materials resistant to high temperatures or chemically aggressive environments upon your request.

Heat treatment

The production of each shaped part is completed with controlled heat treatment, which is essential for releasing internal stress after the 3D bending process. This step ensures high dimensional accuracy, stability of complex shapes, and the shape memory of the component even under repeated stress. Proper heat treatment thus directly increases resistance to deformation and extends the service life of the entire part in its application.
