Our capacities cover everything from prototyping and small-batch production to the full-scale management of custom high-volume orders. In every project, we emphasize strict adherence to technical standards and the selection of the highest quality certified materials. Thanks to our modern technological equipment, we guarantee high production repeatability and dimensional accuracy.

ABOUT US
Our company specializes in the manufacture of springs from patented spring wires, with a strong emphasis on quality and precision. Since our founding, we have continuously developed and innovated to provide our customers with only the very best. Our mission is to deliver solutions that exceed expectations and support the success of our clients. We focus on providing the highest quality springs, tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
Our Product Portfolio
Compression springs
We manufacture precision compression springs in cylindrical, conical, or barrel shapes according to your technical documentation. We use certified materials that guarantee long service life and stable spring properties.

Extension springs
Our extension springs stand out for their high durability and precise loop processing. We offer a wide range of end styles tailored for specific industrial applications, emphasizing safety and tensile strength.

Torsion springs
We manufacture torsion springs with high precision in leg angles and torque stability. They are designed to reliably withstand dynamic stresses in various mechanisms and mechanical assemblies.

Wire forms
We specialize in the production of atypical wire forms and springs. Thanks to modern CNC technologies, we ensure precise repeatability even for the most demanding 3D shapes based on your designs.

Materials Used
| Material | Standard EN | Standard DIN | Max. Temp. | Rm (Tensile Strength) | Technical Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SH / DH | EN 10270-1 | DIN 17223 | 80 °C | 1200 - 2000+ MPa | High dynamic load capacity, patented spring steel wire |
| STAINLESS | EN 10270-3 (1.4310) | DIN 17224 | 250 °C | 1250 - 2000 MPa | Excellent corrosion resistance for aggressive environments |
| S235 | EN 10025-2 | DIN 17100 | - | 360 - 510 MPa | Suitable for welding, standard structural steel |
| S355 | EN 10025-2 | DIN 17100 | - | 470 - 630 MPa | Excellent weldability and higher tensile strength |
Patented spring steel wire (SH, DH): This material is the industry standard for high-stress mechanical components, as the patenting process ensures a fine and homogeneous steel structure with high toughness. Springs made of SH and DH grades are ideal for applications requiring a long service life under dynamic loads and high resistance to material fatigue in normal operating conditions.
Stainless spring steel (1.4310): Thanks to its high chromium and nickel content, this material provides excellent resistance to oxidation and a wide spectrum of chemicals, which is crucial for the food and pharmaceutical industries. In addition to corrosion resistance, it maintains stable mechanical properties even at higher temperatures (up to 250 °C), where standard carbon steel would already lose its required strength.
Structural steels (S235, S355): We use these materials mainly for the production of larger shaped parts and safety components, where high elasticity is not the priority, but rather structural strength and ease of processing. Their main advantage is excellent weldability, allowing seamless integration into larger steel assemblies and structural units.
Special alloys: For extreme conditions, such as direct contact with acids or operation at temperatures above 300 °C, we provide manufacturing from materials like Inconel or titanium alloys. We design these solutions individually based on technical consultation to guarantee safe operation even in environments where standard steels fail.
Production and Uncompromising Quality
Our production is founded on the integration of modern technologies, certified materials, and precise quality control processes. Every spring from our workshop is the result of a professional approach and a commitment to maximum durability under real operating conditions.
Technological Capabilities and Precision
Our Technological Capabilities:
-
CNC Winding: Modern machines guarantee high production repeatability, which is crucial for maintaining strict tolerances.
-
Grinding of Compression Springs: To ensure the squareness and stability of compression springs, we perform precision grinding of the end coils, eliminating the risk of buckling under pressure.
-
Heat Treatment: Through the tempering process, we remove internal stress after forming, thereby increasing fatigue strength and dimensional stability.
-
Surface Treatment: Depending on requirements, we provide galvanizing, phosphating, nickel plating, powder coating, or oil preservation.

FAQ
1. What types of springs do you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of technical springs (compression, extension, torsion, and wire forms). In our own facility, we process wire diameters from 0.5 mm to 3.15 mm. Additionally, through our reliable production partners, we can fully provide spring manufacturing ranging from 0.2 mm up to 10 mm.
2. Can you manufacture custom springs based on a drawing?
Yes, we specialize in custom manufacturing according to your technical documentation, drawings, or a provided sample.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We are flexible – we handle everything from single-piece prototype production to high-volume industrial orders.
4. What materials do you use for production?
We use certified spring steels (according to EN 10270-1), stainless steels (EN 10270-3), and special alloys upon request.
